We’re an interesting mix of technologists and commercial people – and some who are a combination of both. Our work takes us out of Sydney and into the Australian landscape: we’ve got clients with sites in every state and territory (except Tasmania) and with our consultants spending on average one week per month out of the office, you’ll get to enjoy your share of travel experiences, too. Sometimes this is travel in the comparative luxury of the capital cities, at other times it’s setting up in a mining camp or remote country towns. If this says ‘adventure’ to you, then you’re in the right place.
Professional Growth
All of our staff grow professionally while they are working with clients and with the firm. You’ll have access to current knowledge management tools, receive coaching and mentoring from experienced managers, and have a personal development plan reviewed regularly.

99% Timesheet Free
If you’ve worked in most professional services environments then you will know the peril of timesheets. They distract you from the value you’re bringing to clients, reinforce lazy work patterns and turn into a rule of measurement that rewards input at the expense of output.
That’s why, for the majority of work, we don’t use them (although sometimes clients insist – hey it’s their call!)
We generally work with clients on a fixed fee basis and use our internal procedures and controls to stay on time and on budget. Basically, you’re treated like a responsible adult. We’ll give you training, support, timeframes and deadlines, but it’s up to you to deliver!
