Very well written summation of the changes. 

Just one question- with respect to +$20m companies - are you aware of whether the non-refundable tax credits are able to be carried forward or will it be a &#039;use it or lose it&#039; credit? The concern being, if a large company is in a tax loss situation and it is unable to carry the credits forward, where is the incentive to claim in a particular year?
