Some important information on how the MJA team is adapting to proactively meet the challenges and impact of Covid-19, ensuring we support everyone in our community in the best ways we can.

As the global COVID-19 situation is rapidly evolving, we are mindful of keeping you informed with an update on our approach to assisting you at this time. Our priority is the health and wellbeing of our clients and our team, along with continuing to provide excellent service delivery that minimises disruption to your business.

As a team, MJA has responded with proactive measures and we can confirm that:

  • We are not aware of any cases of COVID-19 amongst our people or anyone who has visited our offices. We are however, taking precautionary measures to follow the guidance of the Australian Government and health authorities relating to good hygiene, self-isolation and social distancing.
  • We will continue to operate as usual, with our people working remotely from home, and will continue to be available to you to support your R&D tax needs.
  • We will work with you to conduct meetings in the safest way possible, and these will be replaced with video calls and conference calls where practical. We have had flexible work practices and the technology in place to work from home for some time and these measures mean we can continue to provide you with exemplary service and stay connected with you, without loss of project momentum or impact to deadlines.
  • Ultimately, we remain open, with multiple lines of communication activated, to ensure business as usual continuity to assist you in preparing for your R&D tax return/refund.
